CSV Requirements
In order to successfully post loads via CSV, your posting will need to adhere to the following:
- Your file must be in one of the following formats:
.xlsx
.csv
- Your postings must be a current snapshot of all available loads you wish to post.
- You will need to post at least once a day. We consider loads older than a day to be stale and remove them from our listings. More frequent postings are highly recommended, as this will minimize the chances of drivers contacting you for booked loads.
- Your spreadsheet attachment must follow either the Row-Per-Stop or Row-Per-Load format described below. The Row-Per-Stop format is highly recommended if you intend on posting many loads with more than one pickup or delivery stop.
